Our Kitchen Brooms are solid sweepers with an easy flex in the 12\u201d of broomcorn below the stitching lines. <\/span>Our beautiful hand made brooms are excellent for indoor or outdoor sweeping. <\/span>They\u2019re even pretty snappy for brushing the snow from your walkway in winter, like we do here in Maine.<\/span><\/p>\n

All broomsticks are \u2018ground-found\u2019 in the forest and on the shores of lakes, rivers and streams. <\/span>Some have even been hewn by beavers while collecting their winter feed that is made up of bark.<\/span><\/p>\n

No two brooms are alike because they are hand made, and crafted around differently shaped broomsticks. <\/span>The shape of the broomstick dictates how the broom will form at the neck\/weaving area.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adorned with ribbons and flowers, our brooms are perfect for weddings and celebrations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Always hang your hand made broom after using, or stand it upside down on its handle to ensure broomcorn doesn\u2019t get bent out of shape. <\/span>If someone leaves your broom standing on its broomcorn and it does bend out of shape, soak broomcorn in warm water for about 20 minutes and hang by handle,<\/span>\u00a0the broomcorn should relax and hang straight again. <\/span><\/p>\n
